When you appear for your First Report, all referrals for treatment programs will be presented to you. Since probation is geared toward rehabilitation, you are required to enroll in all programs as soon as possible. When enrolling, or if you are already attending, be sure to sign a release so that your Probation Officer receives notice that you are following through with the referral.
